Diogo Branco, Diogo Soares, Eleonora Auletta, Filipa Brito, Ruben Branco, and Soraia Alarcão, LASIGE’s Ph.D. students, and Ricardo Carvalho, LASIGE’s MSc student, reached 4th place and an honorable mention at the Machine Learning competition at the “Winter School on e-Health & Pervasive Technologies” held last February in ss. Cyril and Methodius University in Skopje, Noth Macedonia.
This winter school was the first at the EU WideHealth project, which aims to enable research exchanges and training activities on the topic of Pervasive and eHealth.
Tiago Guerreiro, LASIGE’s integrated member, was one of the speakers and gave the talk “Challenges and Opportunities of Data-Informed Healthcare in Practice”.
