LASIGE concerned with multidisciplinary collaborations also participated in the speed-date “It’s a match: speed-date your way to interdisciplinarity”, where were raised questions as:
“Have you ever thought about collaborating with scientists from other fields, but did not know who to contact? Would you like to know more about the scientific problems tackled by Faculty scientists from various fields, and explore potential interdisciplinary collaborations? Join us in this speed-dating with and for scientists, during lunchtime. In this 1h session, we will gather scientists from different scientific areas of the Faculty, who will have the opportunity to have 5min one-to-one conversations to explore potential interdisciplinary collaborations. After that 5min… you will switch to the next expert, in another scientific field!”
This annual event intends to give visibility to cutting-edge research and to the distinguished researchers, by their peers, at the Faculty of Sciences of the University of Lisbon.
