LASIGE’s PhD students Pedro Giesteira Cotovio and Susana Nunes have embarked on a six-month internship at Sony AI’s Barcelona Office, starting in January 2024. They have joined a team aimed at various breakthroughs in AI research, including the application of AI in the scientific domain. Their work examines the application of ontologies for pre-training graph embeddings and constraint enforcement.
