Lisbon hosted the main conference in the field of Software Engineering, the International Conference on Software Engineering (ICSE 2024), on April 14-20.

Our researchers Alcides Fonseca and Antónia Lopes, LASIGE integrated members, were part of the organization: Alcides Fonseca as ICSE Social Media Chair and MSR Local Organization Chair, and Antónia Lopes as Journal First Co-Chair and FormaliSE Program Chair.

Our students Eduardo Madeira and Catarina Gamboa also took part as Student Volunteers.

Although not physically present, two other LASIGE integrated members helped organize the event, José Campos as Sponsorship Co-Chair and Andreia Mordido as Student Volunteer Co-Chair.
