LASIGE PhD students Catarina Gamboa and Paulo Canelas and MSc student Lishun Su participated in the Sixth International Programming Language Implementation Summer School (PLISS 2025), which took place from May 26 to 31, 2025, in Bertinoro, Italy. The school trains students on advanced topics in programming language implementation, including compilation, formal methods, runtime systems, and secure software design.

PLISS’ goal is to prepare students for advanced study in the field through a combination of lectures on language implementation techniques, exploring the state of the art in language research and practice, and mentoring sessions.
