The European Peering Forum organisation invited Fernando Ramos to provide a talk that addressed “Securing the Internet at the Exchange Point” at the 2017 event edition that took place in Lisbon, Portugal, from September 18 to 20.

The primary goal of peering forum is to “attract members and potential members of exchange points to an event where there are both educational sessions and opportunities to interact with other members”.
