LASIGE researchers Carlota Cardoso, Rita Sousa and Cátia Pesquita (integrated researcher) were co-awarded the Best Poster Award at the 2020 Extended Semantic Web Conference. Their work, “ A Collection of Benchmark data sets for Knowledge Graph-based Similarity in the Biomedical Domain”, was a collaboration with Sebastian Köhler of Monarch Initiative (and a past visiting researcher at LASIGE) and is integrated in LASIGE’s Research Line of Excellence in Health and Biomedical Informatics.
