Several LASIGE members were involved in the organization of the third edition of “Girls in ICT@ Ciências.ULisboa”, that took place at May 6th, 2017.

The “Girls in ICT Day” – World Day for Young Women in Information and Communication Technologies, is an initiative of the International Telecommunication Union, that visa to raise awareness to young women about career opportunities in Information and Communication Technologies (ICT).

The event counted with 60 participants, and received media attention from the online journal Observador (http://observador.pt/…) and RDP radio | Cientifica-mente program (https://www.rtp.pt/play/…).
