LaSIGE Researchers from the HCIM group, Prof.s Tiago Guerreiro and Luís Carriço, and students Ricardo Antunes, Berta Alves and Soraia Alarcão participated in the May session of Café Memória, Chiado, in Lisbon – a space for people with dementia and their caregivers to talk and express their feelings.

The session focused on technology at the service of people with dementia and the researchers were able to promote focus groups where the prototypes developed by the team were tested and comments and ideas were gathered. Extremely enriching and a wonderful opportunity to get closer to the target users. The team will participate in 4 more editions of Café Memória, in different venues.
