The Computational Complexity Conference 2026 (CCC’26) took place in Lisbon from 3 to 6 August at the Faculty of Sciences of the University of Lisbon. The conference brought together researchers from various countries working at the forefront of computational complexity theory, a central area of theoretical computer science that seeks to understand the fundamental limits of efficient computation.

Over the course of four days, the program included talks on recent results, open problems and new techniques in the field, as well as the conference’s first ‘Test-of-Time’ invited talk. CCC’26 also featured opportunities for informal discussion and networking amongst researchers at different stages of their careers.

The local organization was led by the LASIGE integrated member Bruno Loff, Diogo Poças (former LASIGE researcher) and João Ribeiro (Instituto de Telecomunicações).
