LASIGE participated, once again, on Ciências ULisboa job fair, Jobshop Ciências 2022. The event aims to be a privileged forum for bringing students and graduates of Ciências ULisboa closer to the labour market. The Faculty is part of the largest and most competitive university in Portugal and is recognised for its teaching and research quality in all areas. About 80 organisations participated in the event, mainly, companies in the tech and consulting area, and the Faculty’s R&D units.

LASIGE’s PhD students took the stand and presented the unit’s research lines and projects and their own research work to its faculty colleagues. The stand was visited not only by computer science BSc’s and MSc’s students but also students from natural sciences courses. LASIGE’s students took this as an opportunity to talk about the multidisciplinarity of the work developed in our unit. They were even successful in attracting MSc students to work with them.
