LASIGE’s PhD students Catarina Gamboa, Diana Sousa, and Filipa Rocha were awarded scholarships (of the 50 scholarships assigned) in a partnership between Huawei Portugal and .PT, under the Seeds For The Future 2.0 program. The program aims to empower students in the STEM areas.

Our students were selected from approximately 3000 applications based on academic and social merit!

LASIGE is also very proud to reduce the gender gap in the STEAM area, namely informatics.
