Following the success of the first edition and the interest shown by the students who approached us at the CIÊNCIAS ULisboa Jobshop 2026, as well as the strong support from the LASIGE Executive Committee, applications for the second edition of the LASIGE Summer of Research will open on 6 May 2026!

“Don’t just study the future of computing — help create it at LASIGE, where we’re not just pursuing excellence in computer science and engineering — we’re redefining it”, will continue to be the motto.

And to make the “Shaping Tomorrow’s Researchers” happen, we rely on the active involvement of our students Beatriz Guerreiro, Laura Balbi, Mariana Gouveia and Pedro Trindade, for which we are grateful.
