Vinícius Cogo, integrated researcher at LASIGE, took part as an invited speaker in a public webinar hosted by cyberawareness, a Portugal-based leader in cybersecurity awareness and training. The session explored how Artificial Intelligence (AI) is reshaping cybersecurity, both by strengthening defences and by enabling new forms of digital fraud.

Co-presented with André Correia (a cybersecurity awareness and communications specialist), the webinar examined the societal impact of AI and discussed practical implications for organisations and citizens during the European Cybersecurity Month 2025.
