Three of LASIGE students are among the ten Ciências ULisboa students awarded with a merit scholarship for their work in 2018/2019 academic year. Diana Sousa, Robin Vassantlal and Rita Sousa curricular classifications were among the best of the Ciências ULisboa student universe. At the time, they were second-year students of ULisboa Department of Informatics Master programmes and the study-plan consisted of developing a research project and present it as their MSc’s dissertation. The classifications are not only a measure of the quality of their research work but also of the quality of the research hosted by LASIGE, even at a junior level.
Diana Sousa curricular average of 19.80 (out of 20) positioned her as the best Ciências ULisboa student of 2018/2019. Robin Vassantlal, with an average of 19, is the 5th best and Rita Sousa, with an average of 18.90, is the 7th.
