The paper “Elastic Network Virtualization”, co-authored by Max Alaluna (a recently graduated PhD from LASIGE), Nuno Neves and Fernando Ramos (LASIGE integrated researchers) has been accepted to INFOCOM 2020, a top-ranked networking conference (CORE A*, h5-index 74) that will be held in Beijing in April 2020. This work has advanced the state-of-the-art on network virtualization by introducing elasticity to virtual infrastructures, by means of new primitives and algorithms to materialize them.
