Sara Silva, LASIGE integrated member, was one of the plenary speakers at the “15th International Conference on Hybrid Artificial Intelligent Systems” (HAIS2020), last week, November, 11-13, 2020, 100% online.
Hybrid intelligent systems are popular due to their capabilities in handling many real-world complex problems, involving imprecision, uncertainty, and vagueness, high-dimensionality. They provide us with the opportunity to use both, our knowledge and row data to solve problems in a more interesting and promising way.
The quality of the contributions accepted in this conference has been supported by the strong and continue presence of special issues from indexed, impacted and peer-reviewed, prestigious International Journals. It was an interesting opportunity to present and discuss the latest theoretical advances and real-world applications in this multidisciplinary research field.
