LASIGE had 1 project as a proponent and 2 exploratory projects selected for funding by Fundação para a Ciência e Tecnologia (FCT, the Portuguese national funding agency for science, research, and technology) at the call of 2022.

Alysson Bessani is the Principal Investigator (PI) of the project of scientific research and technological development (IC&DT), with a duration of 36 months and maximum funding per project of 250 thousand euros.

André Rodrigues and João Guerreiro are the PIs of the exploratory research projects (PeX), with a duration of 18 months and maximum funding per project of 50 thousand euros, with an allocation of 20 million euros.

This year the evaluation panels recommend 630 projects for funding, in a universe of 4043 eligible applications and 4101 submitted.
