PERSEIDS – PERSONALIZING CANCER THERAPY THROUGH INTEGRATED MODELINGDescription
The goal of the project is to use a systems engineering approach to model patient-specific heterogeneous data in order to support the creation of personalized clinical decision support system in oncology. Few approaches try to integrate heterogeneous patient data, due to the inherent difficulties, both clinical and methodological. The main expected result is the development of methods and algorithms that are based on and make use of a rich collection of oncological patient information to optimize therapy. This project has an impact on the area of Precision and Personalized Cancer Medicine.
